阿什·拜尔，m.s.Ed.， plpc, NCC, received their Master’s of Clinical Mental Health from the University of 新奥尔良. Their training and experience in western herbalism and 冲突 mediation informs their commitment to holistic and restorative practices. Influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Gestalt theory, they believe authenticity, 同理心, and meaningful relationships can be sources of growth, 赋权, 和治疗. Their areas of interest include trauma, 抑郁症, relational issues, 冲突, 焦虑, 悲伤, and developing one’s sense of identity and values.
